 Sea & Sun Escape by Mel is excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "I", "me", "we", and "us" refer to Sea & Sun Escapes by Mel and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.

By submitting a vacation or cruise inquiry you agree to be contacted by an associate of Sea & Sun Escapes by Mel.  Initial contact will be made within 24 hours, excluding holidays, either with an initial quote or to gather more details that may be needed.

Submitting inquiry forms from this page does not confirm or guarantee any reservations. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the travel supplier.  You are responsible for ensuring all information provided (names, dates, passport details, etc.) are accurate. Any errors may result in additional fees or denial of service from the supplier. Quotes provided are estimates only and subject to change until a deposit or full payment is made. Prices may fluctuate due to supplier availability, currency changes, taxes or surcharges. Final pricing, deposit requirements, and payment deadlines will be outlined at the time of booking. Failure to pay by the deadline may result in cancellation without refund.
